General conditions for caravans and tents
RENTAL TERMS:
The space is ready on the day of arrival at 15 and payment must be made on the day of departure at 11. The site must be vacated by 12.
If you want to arrive earlier, you can, if the space is available, buy early arrival for DKK 100 extra, so you can arrive from 09.00. (Cannot be purchased additionally week 27-31)
If the departure date is brought forward compared to the agreed date, it must be reported to the reception no later than 11 on the day of departure, otherwise an extra day will be charged.
It is not permitted to charge electric cars at our electric stands without agreement with the camp manager. We currently have no stands for charging electric cars, but with an extra payment it might be possible.
It is not allowed to leave dogs or other domestic animals alone in a caravan, tent or car during the stay.
CANCELLATION RULES:
Advance payment of 50 % of the price of the stay must be paid no later than 8 days after booking.
The balance must be paid before departure.
